laying on back, put legs straight up, look at shoes in the air, discuss color of shoes; forget to do whatever pilates exercise you had intended to do

watch a Nike app video to learn crazy lunges, attempt crazy lunges for 3-5 minutes, fail

do 15 plank pikes on yoga ball, feel like a circus performer

decide it’s time to go to Starbucks!

realize you never used 7.5 lb. weights, do lunges across studio to put then back
