2 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef
2 yellow onions minced
8 cloves of garlic minced
+
2 “stop and go” bell peppers, chopped
2 cups of ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 teaspoons chili powder
1-2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
2 cups of ketchup
1 cup of water
2 tablespoons tomato paste
a shake of worchestshire (quickly abandoned upon the realization that it expired in 2007)
don’t forget the Sriracha!
